We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Office Coordinator to lead daily operations and support our growing team. As the face and engine of the office, you'll ensure smooth workflows, clear communication, and administrative excellence across the board.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Oversee and manage day-to-day office operations and workflows
• Maintain office order and monitor ongoing activity
• Organize and file documents with attention to detail and accuracy
• Schedule and coordinate interviews for senior leadership.
• Assist with internal communications via email, messaging platforms, and AI tools
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to address daily office needs
• Support administrative functions, including onboarding and HR coordination

Compensation:

Pay will be offered based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, and certifications.
